The first rounds of our action have now been undertaken, however, the fight goes on and so this is a time to take stock and then look forward to further action, designed to create more pressure in support of our claim for fair pay!

Looking back at our action to date, it has been a success, something which might be more difficult to perceive on a local or individual level (the beauty of collectivism at work!). We have raised the profile of our campaign, caught both the public and political eye (making our case), and created a platform for further action and negotiations.
